Shipping Policy

Shipping – UAE & India
A flat shipping fee of AED 50 + VAT for the UAE and AED 50 (or its equivalent in INR) for India applies to all orders.
Enjoy free delivery on orders above AED 2,000 / INR 50,000.

Every saree is hand-dyed and made to order, ensuring that each piece receives the attention it deserves.
Please allow 2–3 weeks for dispatch from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 1 week from dispatch, depending on your location.

Orders are shipped via trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Currency Conversion


All prices and shipping rates are displayed in AED by default. For customers outside the UAE, prices will be automatically converted to your local currency (such as INR) at checkout based on real-time exchange rates.

 

Returns & Exchange Policy

At Riwayat by Dimple, every saree is handcrafted and custom-made on order, making each creation one-of-a-kind.
Due to the bespoke nature of our process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Cancellation Policy

Each order is processed immediately to begin the hand-dyeing and production process.
Hence, cancellations are not possible once an order is placed.
